Front Street Software LLC Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Your use of the Omni Submissions website and Service. By using the Service, You agree to these Terms, Our User Agreement, and Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

● Service: The AI-powered casting platform.
● You: The user, or if under 18, the user with parental/legal guardian consent. Other terms as defined in the User Agreement.

Acknowledgment

Your use is conditioned on acceptance of these Terms. If under 18, Your parent or legal guardian must consent. If You do not agree, do not use.

User Accounts

Provide accurate information. If under 18, consent is required. You are responsible for Your account.

Content

Your User Content must comply with laws and not include adult content (e.g., explicit, obscene, or pornographic material). We may monitor and remove content at Our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Service content is Ours. Do not copy or distribute without permission.

Third-Party Services

We use third parties like Stripe. Their terms apply.

Prohibited Activities

No illegal use, spamming, hacking, infringing content, or submitting adult content. For casting: No discriminatory or harassing submissions. Violations may result in immediate termination.

Feedback

Any feedback You provide becomes Our property.

Limitation of Liability

As in User Agreement: Liability capped at 12 months' fees; no indirect damages.

Termination

We may terminate Your access at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

Governing Law

Wyoming law; arbitration in Sheridan, WY.
